Great location for exploring the nearby shopping center 💫. We enjoyed having wireless internet access in our room.

Only the kitchen in the apartment they put us in (instead of windmill apartments) ...nothing else.
A whole bunch of things: 1. First of all they changed our apartment only 2 days before our stay when we were already on holiday and could not see our emails-EXTREMELY REDICULOUS 2. Furniture in the apartment was unacceptable...sofa (which was supposed to be a sofa bed) was broken down, beds were very very untidy, table and chairs all broken down - a total mess 3. To top it all, an extremely rude caretaker who does not answer any phone calls you make, and who has a tremendously RUDE attitude.

We greatly enjoyed staying here. 10 minutes on foot from Spiceland where tasty food is served:)))

Apartment is big, full equipment in kitchen that you can cook. Bed is comfortable and sofa bed is also good. The key holder and the cleaner are very nice even earlier check in than the schedule time without inform. The Whitegift shopping centre is not too far and there are many shops near the town.
Although the location is not too far from the tube station, the apartment location is so strange. It is very noisy when the other guest come back because the staircase is very noisy when you step on it. The flush water is very noisy and difficult to flush.

The apartment toilet was not clean upon arrival, there was lots of dust on the floor, the mattresses were very uncomfortable, one of the bedroom doors were broken and when all this was pointed out to the apartment caretaker, he took no notice and instead implied that for the price we had paid we should be grateful, and that if we didnt like it,we could go somewhere else, but we wouldnt get a refund. the attitude of the caretaker stank.

That we could wash our clothing and cook our own meals.
Long distance from train station. Facility not staffed.

Being in an appartment rather than a hotel gave the family space, we were 5 min drive to East Croydon station which is 2 stops to Victoria making it handy for visiting central London.
The sofa bed in the lounge was extremly uncomfortable and there was not proper bedding for that bed.

The apartment was close to the underground station, about a 10 minute walk, and there were many shops / restaurants in the area.
We were on the second floor of a three story building. The people above us were very noisy late into the night. Not so great if you need to wake up at 3am to catch a flight. Also, this was a little far from London-Stanstead and plenty of residential/city driving to get there.
